• 2 cups cooked jasmine rice

Instructions

 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Batter

1. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, egg, water, salt, and black pepper to form a thick batter.

2. Add the chicken pieces and coat them evenly.

 

Step 2: Fry the Chicken

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 4-5 minutes per batch).

3. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
